Versa 2 Battery Draining with in 48 Hours After Most Recent Update

Hi, I have been using my Versa 2 for some time now with no issues. After the most recent update, the battery won’t even last the best part of 48 hours. I charged my Fitbit yesterday to 100%, put it back on at 4pm and now at 11pm the following evening it is sitting at 22%. I haven’t been to the gym in this time or tracking any particular workouts. I haven’t changed any settings. Before this update, it would last 5 or 6 days. 

Can I revert back to an older update? This is very frustrating and I have noticed similar complaints from other users. I can’t charge my Fitbit every day. What is the point in that?

Hi all,

 

I got in contact with Fitbit because I’m really frustrated about the new update. My battery depleted 70% in less than 24 hours today! I contacted them and they have offered me 35% off a new Fitbit. They do not allow a roll back on updates.

 

The Versa 2 is listed at £150 on their website, a watch that won’t even work correctly if it’s set up on the current update. 

 

Looks like I’ll be looking into other watches.
