I need to charge my Versa 2 every other day. I have changed the setting so the screen does not turn on when I turn my wrist, I dimed the screen to the point I need to turn on a light to see it, I never used the "always-on" feature, I don't have animated clock face, I never used use it control music, the only notification I have is for challenges and low battery, and the only app I use is My Fitness Pal. I contacted support and verified the setting. I was told to monitor the battery, provided with a case number, and told to call back if the problem persisted. I waited one month and called support and was informed that according to their sources the battery was draining every 6+ days. I provided a screenshot of the low battery emails notifications, showing low battery every other day, that I received over the last month. At that point, the representative provided me with a case number and told someone will contact me.

My Versa 2 has worked great for months! Yesterday, I went for a swim, now the battery drains fast! I reached to support via chat and they sent the default URL for all the things to check/change to prevent the battery from draining (which is essentially useless). Nothing has changed between yesterday and today other than going for a swim. Previously, the battery lasted days, now, not even a full night. Evidentially, a 10 minute swim in a pool is enough to kill the battery....
