Versa 2 Black Screen and unresponsive

Hi,

 

Versa 2 just randomly went to black screen on 50% battery and is not syncing or turning on. It does not buzz when connected to the charger.  

 

I have tried holding in the button for up to 15 seconds and nothing

I have tried charging then holding in the button for 15 seconds and nothing

I have tried just charging for a long time and nothing

 

Until this point there was no indication the battery was failing - is there anything else I can try?

 

I bought the product as a birthday present for my dad less than a year ago so quite disappointed

I am here for the same reason! I’ve had mine around a year and a half and it’s responding the same. The first time I put it on charge when it cut out it sizzled and got really hot. Since then there’s been no sign of life x
