Versa 2 Bluetooth 4.0 vs 5.0

Recently learned from Fitbit support that this model doesn’t support Bluetooth 5.0. Any suggestions on good earbuds that are compatible?

@Smithwr Welcome to the Community. Sorry for the delayed reply. 

I appreciate the time you took to share the information you got from our Support team. Currently we don't have a list of supported earbuds. However, please confirm that you have done this procedure to connect your Versa 2 with your earbuds. 

As a side note, Fitbit is aware of issues happening with third-party headphones, they are working to identify a resolution as quickly as possible. Sorry for any trouble, we appreciate your patience and look forward to getting you back on track.
