Today I was watching my calories burned closely, as I thought I might hit a high for the month of September. The calories burned were close to 3,800 around 11:45PM. A few minutes after midnight, the number dropped nearly 400 calories - ending at 3,418.
I have never seen this happen before. For comparison, yesterday I had 179 zone minutes and burned 3684 calories. Today, I had 233 zone minutes and calories burned shows 3418.
I've had the watch for approximately seven weeks and its been great, but, having the app basically 'eat' the results of an entire high intensity work out makes me doubt its accuracy and trustworthiness.
Can this data be recovered? How can I prevent this in the future?
