Hi everyone
I can't seem to install the Find My Phone app on my Versa 2, even though I have all the latest updates on the device and the Fitbit app. I'm on Android. Any ideas?

I got mine the same day you did and just this morning there was an update available, and now everything works! Make sure you’re in wifi for sure so it installs correctly.

My new Versa 2 updated this afternoon, and now the Find My Phone app is installed and working!

Try updating your Versa 2. That worked for me.

I just installed my are Versa 2 (seems like mine die after 2 years) and there's no find my phone available. I was on the phone with customer service for about 30 minutes and they told me it's only available for Android. I have an iPhone and my previous Versa 2 had it up until last week when the Versa died. What's happening? Any advice?

Yes, for some unexplained reason, it finally appeared. Don't know why the Fitbit customer service guy told me it was only available on Android, when it worked on my iPhone.

I can’t install the find my phone on watch (versa 2) on the phone iPhone it says unavailable any suggestions i had another versa 2 and it was on it. I have uninstalled the app. Rebooted the watch same problem

I’m having the same problem I have uninstalled app and tried no luck. Rebooted the phone and the watch. Forgot the watch and reinstalled it and still no luck. I had another versa 2 and had no trouble. I need help.
