Hi,
I am facing issues with my Cardio Fitness score on my Versa 2. It hasn't changed in months and it frankly looks stuck on a 'default' value as it's right in the middle of the average interval, and there's no 'ripple' around it. Here it is:
And here is how my friend's score looks like:
Both the watch and the app are up to date. I have tried restarting both, logging out and logging back in, but nothing works. The heart rate measurements displayed by the watch seem fine. How do I fix this?

Hi there @outoftheblue. Welcome to Community Forums.
Thank you for sharing your experience and for the feedback. I'd recommend you check you have the latest Fitbit Firmware and OS of your mobile device, then restart your device.
Fitbit devices estimate calories burned based on your personal information (age, sex, height, and weight), your basal metabolic rate (BMR), and the activity tracked by the device. If your device tracks heart rate, the calorie burn estimate also takes heart rate into account.
