I have tried everything to change my Fitbit versa 2 back to English from Spanish but nothing works

Let me help you change the language of your Versa 2.

You usually should see on your device the same language that you use for your Fitbit account.

However, you can change the language on my Fitbit device by doing the following:

From the Today tab in the Fitbit app, tap Settings > App Settings.
Turn off the option to automatically detect your country.
Choose your country, then sync your device.
Follow the instructions to update your device to use the language you selected.
