For the first few months I owned my Versa 2, it tracked my heart rate well. When I exercise or rested, I could look at my watch and see my heart rate change. In the past few weeks, it appears that the clock face refuses to show my current heart rate. Instead, it shows a constant value that does not change when I exercise or rest. It does seem to update on restart, but it only updates then and shows a value of say, 65, no matter what I do. After checking the app, it appears that it is actually tracking my heart rate, but the clock face is failing to display it properly. Worst of all, after my most recent restart, it shows a value of "--". I have not changed any habits or how I wear my watch, and no clock faces, whether from Fitbit or other creators, properly update with my current heart rate.

I switched off the Bluetooth on my phone and then the heart rate was functioning on my Fitbit. After recent updates it seems thats the Bluetooth connection somehow interferes with the heart rate functionality. Sometimes a heart rate is it frozen at a number and sometimes it doesn’t display at all and the light doesn’t flicker. But every time when I switch off the Bluetooth on my phone it’s starts working.
