My partner and I both got a Versa 2 each earlier today. We can both change our clock faces but when in comes to updating colour or icon settings, they just won't change for either of us. We've tried manually syncing our devices, restarting our Fitbits and our phones, and even doing a factory reset on the watch.
The clock faces we're trying to use aren't the same, and we've both tried it with multiple different ones (even the default) and nothing works.
Any suggestions on how this can be fixed?

My Versa 2 arrived today and I set it up. Had exactly the same problem. Not even restarting the Versa or App would fix it. Syncing in general was hinky. IE I loaded the COVID app and no matter what I did, and no matter how many times I Sync'd, it wouldn't load the data.
What I ended up doing was powering off my phone (Android 10) and my Versa 2, then turning both back on.
And now it is working fine.
My only guess is some sort of IP conflict between the App/Watch and the Phone.
