My mother-in-law has a Versa 2, she recently purchased a Samsung Galaxy S22. The versa will not sync. She was told by Verizon that fitbit does not work with models S20 and later. Is this true? If not, what could she try? I also have a Versa 2 and am considering a Galaxy S23.

@VBran Hi. Been using a Versa 2 with a Galaxy S21 just fine for about 2 years. I'd say that's false information. It'd be all over the forums if Fitbit didn't work with anything starting with the S20. Try chat support?
