Versa 2 Connect app for Mac 10.15 Catalina

Hi,

I have Fitbit Versa 2 to which I am trying to sync up the music. I downloaded the connect app for mac but the problem is, it does not shows Versa Tracker in the list of Fitbit trackers, during the setup.

How can I download Connect app for my mac? Is there any separate app? Facing real trouble.

Hello @fitdaddy18 and welcome to the Help forums.  You can't set up a Versa 2 with Fitbit Connect.  You need a compatible smartphone/tablet.   But you do need Fitbit Connect to transfer music.  It's OK to look at your screen with a confused face.  But this is how this stuff works.

When you are ready to transfer music, ignore the exclamation point next to Fitbit Connect in your Task Bar and the greyed out part about a sync dongle.  You want to use the Manage My Music option.  If you need more help transferring music, read this Help article.  Under the Mac drop down, there is a video.  It says it is for an Ionic, but the steps are the same for the Versa 2.
