I see from others,  that this has occurred. I am very disappointed in Fitbit with their standard answer of 25% off, or 40% off a few limited choices...ones that I suspect haven't sold. Before I could reply more on the live chat ended. I have been with fitbit for more than 5 years and this is my third one. I guess my last.

I have had  my versa 2 for about 2 years and the face is suddenly dangling from the case.   It appears that the adhesive gasket detached and would not re-bond.  Had to apply superglue with a needle to get it to stay together.  This is very disappointing as I was just going to buy a fitbit for my wife.

Mine came off before it was a year old, got it replaced and now the replacement has come off before having it a year. I'm done seems like a build quality issue

I've switched to garmin smart watch and it is doing just fine no problems at all suggest getting a garmin.
