I accidentally did a factory reset on my Vera 2. All it now says is "data not cleared, sync and try again." However, it won't sync or do anything else. I tried to remove the device from my account so I can reconnect it but after the app finds the device it cannot sync to it.

Hi @krich323 a quick search tells me that you should try setting up the tracker.
Try removing the tracker from the phones bluetooth and perform an add device then say yes to the replace option.
