My 3 kids got fitbits for Xmas (2x Versa 2 and 1x Ace2) i have been very frustrated and disappointed trying to set up their accounts. I purchased a year membership to the premium app thinking i would be able to manage a family account. I have spent hours trying to create accounts for them, setting up email addresses and fake birthdays because i could not manage their devices under one family account. I am very frustrated and disappointed and would like my money back! Also, I cannot sync the Versa 2s to our Mac to put music on the devices...

Hi @Disappointed503   the Premium is for extra services not included with the regular version of the app.  The issue with setting a child with a device is due to laws across the world, children are prohibited from having an online account and using these devices. The Ace series was made especially to allow children six and up to use these services. Fitbit is abiding by those laws, so your children can't use another style unless you lie about the age. Lying about the age creates a problem since the algorithms are made based on gender, age, height and weight. So that would give completely wrong data for your children.
