Hello.
I bought a Versa 2 in october.
It worked perfect the first week, but then it started freezing.
I looked in the forums here, and tried to hard reset it, and it seemed to work at first.
After an hour or so it freezed again.
Did the same, and this time it would`nt start again.
Eventually it started, but hangs all the time.
Did reset to factory and installed again.
Hangs and freezed, then worked again the first days with some freezing,
The last two weeks it has not been alive at all.
What should i do?

Hi @matkri , see this message on top of the Fitbit's Support page: https://help.fitbit.com/?cu=1. It's Apple's fault and not Fitbit. Apple changed the rules in iOS13 regarding handling notifications without informing Fitbit about it. So now you're the victims of Apple's arrogant (update) policy, alas. regards kuzibri

Hi i have the versa 2 aswell this was also an issue for me just dont tap different things so fast give it 0.4 seconds to let the proseser load

My watch hangs all the time, and the touch has not worked at all since it started giving me trouble 😕

Hi @matkri , again it's Apple's problem not Fitbit's one. Fitbit has now to find an answer to Apple's changing the rules regarding notifications and also syncing, without informing Fitbit. Regards kuzibri

All notifications are off.
even disconnected my watch. It won`t work at all. And why is that that it worked the first days?
My wife has exactly the same watch, bought the same day, and she also has the same phone. Her clock hanged one time, and after a hard reset it was okay. Mine is not.
If it was software related, why don`t all clocks suffer from the same problem?

Im researching and experimenting with my freezing unit before the RMA. It seems like a software issue, the freeze could be related to a currupt background seevice of one of the apps, or the latest firmware has core function problems. Some people think its the sync issue, others thing its the wifi issue. Ill let you know if i find rootcause
