Versa 2 GPS information inaccurate

When i go into exercises and try to track my cycling my GPS totally bugs out. Yesterday i was cycling for about 5 or so kilometers and checked my watch and it said i had only done 0.62km.

 

My location was on on my phone and my phone was synced to the watch. Was there anything else i needed to do to make it track me properly? 

 

Side note: after i realized i put the Samsung health app on to track my cycle and it did it perfectly fine.

I am sorry for the delay in respond. If you are having issues with the GPS information that your watch is registering, I recommend taking a look at the help article: Why isn't GPS working on my Fitbit device? and follow the instructions provided there.
