Versa 2 GPS maps lose details

When using the exercise to record maps my watch is being weird. When I press finish at the end of a walk I see the complete map. However when I look later only half the map is shown! Consequently the steps, distance etc, for my walk is incorrect....any ideas of how to rectify this? TIA

Let me help you with your Versa 2 maps not showing all details. Try logging out from the app, restart your phone and log back in. Also make sure the app is up to date.
