Versa 2 HR accuracy concern after firmware update

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

After updating the firmware the heartrate is inaccurate when working out. I am in training and if I attempt to track my workout,  the heartrate plummets.  The watch reports my heartrate is higher when resting. I called customer support and it was piss poor service. The guy just kept repeating himself, stating it's notthe device.  However,  30+ people have had the same issue with this within the community.  Fitbit needs to correct this because it is affecting my training and preparation.

As you say the update seems to have introduced this problem, but it also exists on the Sense and Versa 3 as well.

All you can do is wait - if they can make the problem appear hopefully they will make it go away and that it works right again, as it was, and also fix it for the Sense and Versa 3.

My issue was not resolved or handled, acknowledging the communication is
not the same as finding a solution. I am still sitting here with a
malfunctioning device. Can you eliminate the most recent update and see if
it will return to normal?
