Versa 2 HR and active minutes

Hello. Is anybody else having issues with the HR and active minutes not tracking exercise correctly since the new update on the Versa 2 about a month ago? I will be doing HIIT, and my HR would be in the 60s or 70s versus above 120 before the update.  This is a let down since I cant track progress.

Yes! I did a 40 min cardio workout, dripping in sweat and only got 1 active minute. My weekly active minutes are now less than half of what they used to be, with little change in weekly activities. It no longer vibrates at each km interval when tracking activity too.

Lots of people are having this issue and Fitbit is not doing anything to address it. Pretty disappointing.

Good morning. I opened a chat with Fitbit and was given a case number. I did everything they asked by conducting a factory reset of the Versa 2 with no progress. Has anybody made it pass this step? What is Fitbits next move or my options? I have been using Charge 2 - Versa 2 the last 4-5 years.

Based on other people's posts it sounds like they will either send you a replacement (if you are still under warranty) or offer you a discount code to purchase a new one. Neither of those options provides a solution to the actual issue.
