Versa 2 HR and sleep tracking not working

My Versa 2 won't track my heart rate or sleep. I've tried all the troubleshooting methods, even a factory reset and it's still not working.

Please advise on what to do next.

I experienced the same issues beginning on Sunday.  I tried the same fixes and nothing changed

This has happened to mine been like this for a few weeks now can't seem to get it sorted. So frustrating!

Same problem with a Sense, apparently the same sensors.  Cleaned several times, restarted 4-6 times as Fitbit Support suggested - no lights at all on the back, all other functions are fine.  Have had several Fitbit’s for many many years & been happy, this time almost certainly going Apple Watch unless any other feedback on fixing, or better alternatives than Apple for HR recording…

The same thing happened to me two days ago and it's so frustrating - restarted it and cleaned it but still don't see the sensor...can't record my sleep or work outs but everything else works..not sure how to fix it
