Versa 2 HR monitor not working. Suddenly yesterday after 1 year there HR stopped showing. I have followed other posts here for help and restarted the watch, made sure the HR is enabled then disabled then enabled, restarted again, and finally did a factory reset. However the HR is still not being measured and the sensors not working.
Please help because I love my V2 and have been very happy with it. TIA

Hi @Manishp, welcome to our Fitbit Community. I'm sorry to hear that the heart rate feature of your Versa 2 stopped working. I totally understand how you feel about this and I appreciate the time spent trying to get this issue resolved.
Please try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. This article contains steps that you already tried but you can skip them and proceed with the rest.

I had basically the exact same thing happen to me. I tried all the steps, including the factory reset. For me the factory reset got the HR working again temporarily and then it stopped again. A Fitbit rep told me to change out my watch face to one made by Fitbit and see if that helped. I did that and so far it seems to be working properly (it has only been 1 day so far though).

Sad to report that the clock face change out hasn't entirely worked. My HR is still working but the other haywire activities continue...such as the Versa 2 vibrating at random through the night (while set to night mode) and the Fitbit symbol randomly appearing on the screen.

I tried all the steps outlined here....
Managed to get HR working again temporarily after several factory resets. It is gone again now though. I'm also having issues with random vibrations all the time (even at night while in night mode), battery dropping from full to nothing in a matter of no time, sluggish screen response, random resets with the screen just showing the Fitbit symbol. I'm so disappointed and frustrated at this point that I am now looking at switching to Garmin.
