Versa 2 HR sensors not working

My versa 2, isn’t showing my heart rate and the light for the sensor on the inside isn’t working. Iv tried factory rest turning on and off letting it fully die and everything Iv researched hasn’t worked. It’s not read my heart rate for 3 and a half days so far. And my main reason for having this watch was to see my heart rate. 

please could someone give me some insight for this issue please.

Hi I got a discount code via Fitbit to get 50% off a bee Fitbit or replace the mod of my other one.

 

I choose to get 50% off and I ordered this one.

 

however I haven’t received a email on delivery like they said I would receive. I have received payment confirmation and the payment information but no delivery date or shipping update.

 

I also paid for 3 day delivery but not sure when that’ll be.
