Versa 2: Headphones not playing Spotify music

I have connected my Bluetooth headphones with my versa 2 and have my Spotify account synced but I can't listen via my headphones on my watch. I have options to play on my phone, Alexa devices (echos) but not directly through my headphones.

Update: I can play through my phone, then in my phone's settings can listen through my headphones. Can I not do this directly on my watch?

Hi @TashDorf, welcome to the Community Forums.

Thanks for bringing this to our attention and for the details that were shared. You should be able to play Spotify music from the app on your Versa 2 using your Bluetooth headphones, therefore, can you please let me know when was the first time you experienced this issue and how many times since then? Which phone are you using with your Fitbit? In the meantime I receive your answers, please restart your Versa 2 and check the steps that are specified on: How do I connect Bluetooth audio devices to my Fitbit watch?

I have the same issue. iPhone 7. Have tried disconnecting and reconnecting on the versa for both headphones and phone with watch.....
