I, like many others, am having a problem with my heart rate not tracking, which also affects my sleep tracking. Additionally, even though my steps are working, the hourly step count is not.
I have looking through this forum and followed the steps to turn off heart rate, reset the watch and turn heart rate back on, but that is not solving the problem.
It appears that many others are having the same issue, but no resolution is being offered. Please let us know what else we can do. My watch stopped working after I downloaded your software update and the recommendation to buy a new watch does not seem like a responsible answer from Fitbit.

Judging by similar answers to this question from the past, it appears to be usually always caused by software updates as this has happened to mine after updating as well
