I've had my Fitbit for a year and a few months and the heart rate monitor stopped working as well as the green light.
I've deleted the app, turned the heart rate options on and off and synced each time, performed a soft reset and then a hard reset and now factory reset, nothing has worked.
Please help.

Hi @SuzyPearson3067 I sounds as if the Heart Rate monitor has failed. As nothing else has helped I suggest you contact Fitbit Support and hope they are able to help you.
