I got a Versa 2 about a week ago to replace my old Alta. The heart rate function is 'on' on the device and working. However, when I click the heart rate tab in the app it comes up with the message 'no measurements'. I've tried the usual fixes - clearing cache and data, uninstalling and reinstalling the app and the device, but nothing seems to work. Heart rate data is also not being recorded on the website dashboard either.
Looking at the forums it looks like A LOT of people have had a similar problem - I've tried the various fixes suggested and none of them work. I can't see any setting in the app where I can toggle on the heart rate function - I've got a feeling this is a software bug in the app. Can someone give me a fix that will actually turn on the heart rate metrics in the app? If not it's going back to the shop!

Hi @delbus - if the heart rate is showing fine on the watch then it may be that the watch is not syncing properly. This can be if the old watch was not correctly removed from the Fitbit account and Bluetooth on the phone or the new one is not properly installed.
Revisit how you did the changeover to make sure that the phone does not have any knowledge or contact with the old device.
Then restart both the Versa 2 and phone and see if that helps.

Hi - thanks for the advice. I completely unistalled the old Alta, did a firmware update and a restart and that seems to have solved the problem. It did take a further day or two for the data to start collating in the app but all looks OK now.
Thanks for your help.
