Hi,
I purchased my original Versa 2 in December 2018. It failed in July 2019 and it was replaced. My 2nd Versa 2 worked until failing at 10:45 on April 27 2021. The sensors that determine heart rate do not light up. I’ve tried every recommended fix to alleviate the issue, ie toggle on/off, simple shutdown, factory reset, but nothing has worked. This issue seems to be very prevalent among fitbit owners! My question is “ When is Fitbit going to stand behind their product?” I know they will tell me my warranty has expired and they may offer a discount on a new Fitbit, but that isn’t going to satisfy me.

Yes. This just happened to mine after just under 2 years of ownership (Versa 2). I was working in the yard and went inside to clean up. I noticed the sensor lights were dim. Went about my day and noticed no heart rate was captured/tracked for the day. I'm pretty sure it's busted because it's been several days now... No lights, no readings on HR. I also noticed my battery is now draining significantly faster than before (only lasting a day, maybe two).
