Hi, this seems to be a popular subject but as far as I can see, once the standard 'fix' has been given the thread is shut down irrespective of whether it has fixed the issue.
My Versa 2 stopped tracking my heart rate this morning. I have tried the standard fix twice plus switching the device off three times in quick succession. It's still not tracking my heart rate.
I have a Galaxy S20 which syncs with my fitbit. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.

When you say you tried "the standard fix" twice, you realize you eliminate any suggestion from anyone who does not happen to know what your idea of "the standard fix" is, such as me.

Mine quit working contacted fitbit and after trying to reset my watch then doing factory reset still nothing was offered a discount to purchase another one. I'm thinking why should I buy another one when this one is a little over 2 years old. I am not happy and don't think I will be purchasing another one

Sorry meant to say the hear rate monitor quit working , which affects the sleep portion , which makes the SPO2 function
