Hi all,
I noticed two weeks ago that my Fitbit Versa 2 was no longer giving me my sleep score. After hard restarting it, factory resetting it, and studying all of the settings, I figured out that my heart-rate monitor (the green laser) was not on and my Fitbit was not tracking my heart-rate during the day. I read another post on here where someone had the same problem and it was fixed by
1. Turning off the heart rate monitor in settings on the Fitbit device, then syncing Fitbit.
2. Turning on the heart rate monitor on the Fitbit device, then syncing Fitbit.
3. Restarting the Fitbit by holding the side button.
The above method turns my heart rate monitor back on for a short period of time, but it eventually turns itself off again and I have to continually repeat the process. The Fitbit was purchased in 2020 and is only 2 years old and is well cared for. Does anyone have any advice as to how I can solve this annoying issue?
