Hey Fitbit, whats happening?

Heart rate sensor stopped working just a month after the warranty period expires, whats going on, anlot of people seem to have the same, really sucks to knw that a 200$ smartwatch lasts just over a year, if this goes on.. not long before customers would move on to othet smartwatch companies, highly dissapointed !!

My heart monitor on my Versa light stopped working. I have reset several times cut it off and it's still not registering.

As seen on many posts (thousands of views) within the community forums this is a widespread issue directly following multiple updates by Fitbit.  Fitbit has yet to acknowledge responsibility for this heartrate failure issue in the rollout of their update.  

 

Same here.   It took some time to notice that without the heartrate monitor operating correctly it also affects calories burned, sleep mode and most importantly for me active minutes/minutes.   All of these functions rely on heartrate monitor.  Versa 2 is now just an overpriced pedometer.

 

Surely if you contact customer support you too can be further annoyed with a link to warranty info and an offer for a 35% off coupon to invest more $$$$ in another Fitbit device.

Yeah, thats insane, why should i invest any mpney in anything to do with fitbit, if the devices suddenly stop working for no rhyme or reason, the moment they r outta warranty & absolutely no support from fitbit to adress the issue at hand.

Same here, its jus so annoying, heart rate has an impact on several other function, its been only 13 months from the time i bought it & now its just an ugly watch with a pedometer, very dissapointed with fitbit's response, especially since this is not a one off issue, its happening to a hell lots of other people, so defibitely its not me, fitbit broke something with their updates !! Neverbuying anything from fitbit ever n will lets friends n family knw abt this..
