Versa 2 - How can I purchase the protection plan?

I just got the versa 2 yesterday. During set up it asked me if I wanted to purchase a protection plan. I skipped that part and now I cant find a way to buy it.

I am glad to assist you with your concern about purchasing the Fitbit Protection Plan. If you didn’t buy the Protection Plan at time of purchase from fitbit.com or from an authorized retailer, you will see a notification in the Fitbit app within 30 days of pairing your new device that will give you the option to buy the Fitbit Protection Plan.

I am glad to assist you with your concern about purchasing the Fitbit Protection Plan. If you didn’t buy the Protection Plan at time of purchase from fitbit.com or from an authorized retailer, you will see a notification in the Fitbit app within 30 days of pairing your new device that will give you the option to buy the Fitbit Protection Plan.

Thank you for your quick response. 

I just received a pop up with the offer of plan, I selected to add to cart and Fitbit never responded.

I appreciate your efforts and the additional details. Did you received any error message when you selected to add the offer to cart? If you go to www.fitbit.com/store, do you see anything in your cart?

I appreciate the additional details and recommend keeping an eye on the Fitbit app as you should see a total of 3 offers in the app to buy the Protection plan.
