Versa 2 How do I get my watch to download the updates?

My wife and I both have a Versa 2. Her watch got a firmware update yesterday and is now at version 32.70.8.0.  I don't think I've ever had a firmware update and my watch is only at version 32.33.1.30.

How do I get my watch to download the updates?

Hi @DerekM22 are you sure that you two dont have the original  Versa? See the help doc .

32.33.1.30 was an update for the Versa. The current Versa firmware is 32.70.8.0

The Versa 2 is at 35.70.8.0

In any case you could try one of 2 things. I'm assuming that you don't have the banner telling you that an update is available. 

• Try setting up the tracker 
• Contact Fitbit

Funnily enough the app on my phone updated on Thursday and the Versa update was applied yesterday

So happy bunny at this end
