I have a Fitbit Versa 2 and I put in the wrong PIN to many times. The problem is, I can't connect the watch with my smartphone, so I can't restart the watch via application. Can anybody help me with this issue?

Allow me to help you to unlock your Versa 2.
If you enter an incorrect PIN code 10 times, you're prompted to unlock your Fitbit device with your paired phone. To unlock your device with your phone, the device needs to be setup to your account.
If you removed the device from your account, you'll need to contact our support team for further assistance.
I hope you can find a solution to unlock your Versa 2.
