I am having a lot of trouble with my versa 2 which I love. It’s not keeping the charge and when place on charger it says is 100%. Is there a problem with the up dates

Hi @bkpichs - did you try a restart by holding the watch button for 10 seconds till it blanks or vibrates and wait for the logo to appear and for it to start?
If when you plug it in to charge it says 100% it should be fully charged.
Pull down the watch face to show actual battery level. What shows in the Fitbit App is when it last synced (you can see when that was)
