Versa 2 I am receiving my calls but not my texts.

I just got a Versa 2. For three reason that i would receive my texts and calls. Iam receiving my calls but not my texts.i have done all my troubleshooting I've also unpaired and repaired and still not working. How do I fix this issue? My phone phone is a Samsung Galaxy S10

Hi @Celineeddy , unfortunately, besides iPhone users, also some Android users. mainly Samsung users, also suffer from the notifications problem (Tizen?). Difference is that in Android this problem is caused by the newest Firmware version. AFAIK, Fitbit is aware of this problem and working on a solution. Regards kuzibri

Cause i just got it on christmas and my phone hasnt updated since i got the versa 2 and when i first set it up i was getting texts now i am not.i get ny facebook messages but not text. Is that normal? Its cery annoying cause the biggest reason i got the versa 2 was i like the look better then the Samsung watch and i could still receive and reply top texts.

Yes, this is normal cause the update was just during X-mas. I'm sure it will be fixed.
