Versa 2 - I can't log water from my device

I have searched and found that I can log water directly from my device. 

 

I am able to get to the "Today" look, but I don't have a Water icon. 

 

How do I get it to appear?

Thanks - I've done that and within the Settings, I do not have a water tile to add.

It's not the mail 'Settings' app, but the Today Settings, at the very bottom scrolling down from clock face.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.
