Versa 2, I cant swipe at all

When I loaded the pay app. When I try to swipe numbers 1 to 10 come up and I cant swipe at all

@Gbhokt Once Fitbit Pay is enabled it requires protecting your device with the PIN. I am assuming you chose one. Please type it, using these 1-10 numbers. Please read more about the device lock here.
