I have a versa 2. And every time I try and connect it to my phone it says app needed. Keep in mind I have the app. And it still won't work . I am getting extremely frustrated bcz this was happening with my other phone as well so its clearly not the phone.

I’d try this: Open the Fitbit app, tap profile picture then scroll down and tap Versa 2. Now scroll down and tap notifications. Are there any pop up’s for any permissions needed here? Tap app notifications next. Are there any pop ups for any permissions needed here? If the problem persist disabled all notifications, log out of the Fitbit app, restart your phone then log back into your Fitbit App and enable all your notifications again and sync your Versa 2
