Versa 2 Keeps shutting off and not turning back on

This is the second day of my Versa 2 shutting off for no reason, battery is charged, and not being able to turn it back on. Yesterday I had to have it connected to the charger for 3 hours before I was able to turn it back on. Been on the charger now for 30 mins and still can’t turn on (was at 90% battery). Very frustrating as I got it for a Christmas present so I haven’t had it for that long.

Try a Restart and do it several times if necessary.
