Versa 2 Lite - could you sync two accounts to one fitbit?

Hi

I bought a Veras 2 Lite to my son (10 years), and when I should install it I couldn't create a profile for him since he is under 13. I created one for my (I have no fitbit by myself), and then I added him in the family account, but how do I sync him to the fitbit Versa 2 Lite that is his? When I did the installation I needed to sync it with min, could we have two accounts synced or what should we do?

Hello @Jesper7304 and a warm welcome.  The only devices that can be put on a family account are the Ace/Ace 2.  A Versa Lite cannot be on a family account.  More about Family Accounts here.

 

In a nutshell, it is all about digital privacy.  Your son can't have his own account for the same reason he can't have a Facebook account.
