Versa 2 Lite unable to stay connected to iPhone 6S (iOS 15.1)

I am writing (on behalf of wife). I have been chatting via Live Chat with Fitbit this week about unable to sync. I have chatted 3 times (3 days) and three times it was connected and synced when chatting. But later in the day it does not sync neither does it connect. I tried getting to the Live Chat but was not able to today (Saturday, 27Nov 2021, Singapore).

 

The details of the watch and iPhone:
Fitbit Versa Lite
iPhone 6S (iOS 15.1)

 

My personal Fitbit (Vesa 2 on iPhone 11) does not have any problem. But my wife's iPhone 6S and Fitbit Lite don't seem to get along! The SETTINGS on the iPhone shows connected, or not connected (try to connect, it wont allow) or it is altogether missing. When chatting with Fitbit LiveChat after trouble shoot it is connected. After the live chat the same day it give the same unable to sync problem. I tried performing the same trouble shoot done by the Chat agent - it does not work!

I have told this two times to the Live Chat agents that this does not solve the problem. But reply was "It is now connected and syncing, we need to attend to other customers. Chat with us again if you have problem". I am now informing Fitbit that the solutions is a fix for the moment and at best intermittent solution. However, it does not solve the problem. Most of the time the Versa Lite is not connected to the iPhone. We know this because the display time on the Fitbit Versa Lite gets slower over time.

 

I need REAL help and LASTING solution. Can anyone help?
