Versa 2 Lite wont connect to gallery

My fitbit doesn't say it needs updates and the app is up to date. It won't allow me to go to the gallery to do anything!! It's connected and syncing to the app but I can't connect my fitbit to other apps ( like why even own it?) I'm wondering why within the last 48 hours its been telling me I don't have internet to do this... while being on the internet

Hi @Kalixa - have a look here, possibly Private DNS - No internet connection even though your watch has one.

I have been having the same issue for months and keep reporting it to Fitbit and so far they have not provides a fix
