Versa 2-My step streak was reset

I was on a step streak of 100+ days and yesterday it reset itself to 4 days. This was my motivation to NEVER miss hitting my step goal. This is extremely frustrating and I am hoping Fitbit can help me get this data back. What's the point of tracking this information if it's going to be reset randomly?! Please help!!

This happened to me too! I was about to hit 100 days and it started over. Extremely frustrating and disappointing

This is extremely frustrating. My streak was over 175 days and I just noticed it was reset today back to 5 days, I’m so disappointed.

Clearly the folks at FitBit don't care.  This is just data and if the data shows an unbroken streak, the FitBit can fix it - they just choose not to do so.

It just happened to me this week.  I was on a 103 day streak and now on a 6 day really?  I agree they are less than helpful.
