Versa 2 - No Heartrate or Sleepscore

As of last night my Fitbit app is not logging my heart rate so therefore is not logging my sleep. I have tried all of the troubleshooting tips I have found in various forums but none have worked. I am very disappointed because I was excited to be wearing it again.

no heart rate data or monitor of the heart rate information is not available on my fitbit. I’m disappointed in the decision not to displace the heart rate data.

correction- not to display the heart rate information. May need to consider a different type of fitness watch.

I've had the same problem since last Wed. The lights aren't flashing on the back either. I've tried Googling troubleshooting but getting nowhere.

I have the same problem. Someone pointed out that it is since the update. And yes, that’s when mine went bad!!! Going to contact Fitbit once again!!!

Yes me too. Mine started Wed too. Someone else pointed out that was the last update of Fitbit. Going to contact them!!!!
