Versa 2 No distance showing in weekly/daily exercise

I recently purchased a versa 2 and am very disappointed. I did 8.87kms on Wednesday and the app did not register it. My fitness tracker also did not register the distance in my weekly exercise on the app or tracker.

 Is there any reason why the distance does not show in the weekly exercise? It says distance in the weekly exercise but nothing is recorded.

Also no option for quick Replies to phone calls and messages. It’s greyed out.

The tracker has really missed the mark. I wasted $330 on this. False advertising I’m thinking 🤔

Hello @Mel-X when it comes to your exercise. Which mode did you use? Manually started the recording or let fit it decide? Letting Fitbit decide will not give a distance for some exercises like walking. 

Are you saying that no exercise was recorded, or that there was no distance with a recorded exercise. 

To answer why distance doesn't show up in the weekly we first need to answer the above questions. 

For quick rep plus I would need to know what type of phone you have. If it is an iOS device, Apple blocks third parties from responding to messages and this would be why this option has been disabled. This noted on the package.

I didn’t manually start the mode of exercise, I let Fitbit decide. Will it work if I manually decide the exercise? When you say manually selecting the exercise do you mean selecting ‘walking’ for instance and then start/stop?

I have an IPhone 10.

Yes @Mel-X I'm referring to the multi sport mode called walk that may be found on the tracker.
