Hi all,
i am new to the Fitbit world and just purchased the versa 2 I was intrigued by the sleep score. I wore it to bed last night woke up and synced it but there was no score only showed data for R.E.M., deep and light sleep. I have searched and read so many forums I seem to find some that says yes it is part of the app or no its part of the new premium subscription.. my welcome email clearly says all heart rate monitors come with a sleep score.. am I doing something wrong? Even in settings in the app the only option to turn on/off is sleep insights. I've uninstalled, the app, restarted the watch and still nothing..I'm running on iOS 13 so,that shouldn't be an issue. Can someone tell me yes the sleep score is standard and how to access it or no fitbit has now put that as part of their premium service.. thank you

@Spoiledjme Welcome to the Community. Thanks for taking the time to research on the forums and the troubleshooting performed.
You should be able to see sleep score in your Fitbit app, if your Versa 2 tracked sleep stages. If your sleep graph shows only awake, restless and asleep information then you won't get sleep score. Check the screenshot below to see how sleep score will show.
If that's not what you're seeing on your sleep graphs, please provide me with a screenshot of what you're seeing.
Keep me posted.

Having the same issue. Will post screen shot. Just purchased the Versa 2 and one of the reasons I transitioned to the Fitbit was for the sleep score.

its not giving me an option to post a screenshot so I can’t give you any. Please inform me on how to place a screen shot here and I would be happy to. There is no option on my side to put one.

The link associated with your post explaining how to do it does not properly show the steps to follow on my end. I do not have an option on my side at all to post a screen shot from iPhone.

I’m having the same problem... yesterday I got a sleep score and today I didn’t. It showed that I did a lot of deep sleep, woke up once, and very small REM. Please help

I also did not get a sleep score for last night. It was my first night with the Versa 2.

Is this your first night using the Versa? I didn’t get a score on my first night, but so far every night after I’ve received a score after syncing it with my app in the am 🙂

This is my second time. First night I got a score of 79. And now it’s nothing, apparently I was in deep sleep most of the time.

@JessicaMoon Is this your first night using the Versa? If so you won’t get a score the first night, but you should get a score for every night after. I sync it in the am and it updates with my score and sleep status 🙂

I have difficulty with syncing my sleep score although I have not used other features yet. The syncing is quite slow in the morning and today my sleep score is either not recorded/tracked or it just didn’t sync. Please help. I’m using a versa 2 which I had bought during the Black Friday sale.

I'm having the same issue. And also finding I have almost 100 steps while still in bed. I got the Versa 2 explicitly for these features. I've tried everything I've read with no results. Galaxy S10.

This is what I get. I KNOW I was awake a 4:16 a.m. I sat up and looked to see what time it was. It isn't noted in the graph.

Hello Sylvia,
I am not getting sleep stages / sleep score with my brand new Versa 2 either. It did fine the first 2 nights and the next 2 it did only awake / asleep / restless. I have the latest version of the app, and I ensured the watch was high enough and tight enough to maintain contact. Please advise - I upgraded from a One primarily to get the enhanced sleep information and am very disappointed.

Had the same problem with my Versa 2. First night got a 79
and a breakdown of deep, light and REM sleep. Last night I’m excited to see my sleep score the next morning and it only shows time asleep and sleep/wake and even that is not accurate as my blood sugar dropped and I got up for a few minutes to eat something.
