Hi all,
i am new to the Fitbit world and just purchased the versa 2 I was intrigued by the sleep score. I wore it to bed last night woke up and synced it but there was no score only showed data for R.E.M., deep and light sleep. I have searched and read so many forums I seem to find some that says yes it is part of the app or no its part of the new premium subscription.. my welcome email clearly says all heart rate monitors come with a sleep score.. am I doing something wrong? Even in settings in the app the only option to turn on/off is sleep insights. I've uninstalled,the app, restarted the watch and still nothing..I'm running on iOS 13 so,that shouldn't be an issue. Can someone tell me yes the sleep score is standard and how to access it or no fitbit has now put that as part of their premium service.. thank you

Morning. Mine only tracks sometimes it mostly says restless sleep with no info on Rem or deep sleep. I have tried going to the sensitivity and making sure it is normal. But still doesn’t give me any information. How can I fix this?

I had to reset my Fitbit and the app about 12 times it has worked ever
since

I got my Fitbit Versa 2 3 days ago and only got a sleep score the first night...and haven't gotten one since. The app is synced to my watch and I wear it at night so I don't know wth is going on. I also have the premium membership.

Congratulations 🎉 welcome. That happened to me too. I had about a weeks
worth then nothing for days. I had to restart my Versa 2 about 10-12 times
and uninstall then reinstall the app and it’s been perfect since then.

Yes ma’am hold the power button for about 10 seconds and it will “restart”

So I have stopped pushing the button to begin sleep and put the little do not disturb on the watch and ever since I have gotten a sleep score every night. Makes no sense to have that button but that is what worked for me.

This îs new, I am with Fitbit for 5 Years and just live it From the first day.
recently everything changes for to worst.
personally think is the new Google “hands” they asking you for more money !
before was a good product, now new ownership asking fees to everything, well, I guess start looking for something better and not hungry money company!

I exchanged my Versa 2 for a new one when it failed to provide my sleep score. Now I hardly ever get a sleep scire AND now it’s showing hours of restless sleep, greater than my sleep time. And this sucks since it influences how I FEEL throughout the day.
im thinking of hanging it up and going with another product, possibly the Apple Watch.

I’m sorry to hear that. I haven’t had any issues with mine since I rebooted

So very strange in the categories of Big Brother is Watching You. Ever since I posted my complaint, My Versa 2 has been posting my sleep scores consistently! Coincidence? Happy now either way!!

Sometimes I get a sleep score but most nights I do not. What am I doing wrong?
