Versa 2 - No update on my delivery of order

Hi Team

 

My order number is EGHKZQ6MS.

After many follow ups , I didn't recieve any timeline to get my order delivered.

While talking to customer care executive, they tell that they don't have information regarding time line of order's delivery and they even don't have recent update.

 

Strange to see that we'll known brand fitbit doesn't have any timeline to deliver order.

 

I have been waiting and when I call your team they ask me to wait and will be delivered as soon as possible.

 

And yet my order has not been shipped.

 

Could you please look into this and make sure my order gets delivered on time.

Sorry @styleicon01 but your asking the community of Fitbit users to look into your matter. 

Did they give you a tracking number?
