I have searched this forum numerous times and feel like there are many of us who are having the same issues with our Versa 2:
1. The watching keeps turning itself on and off again for no apparent reason.
2. The swipe feature stops working--actually the screen doesn't respond to any swipe or any tap. (It only seems to work on mine RIGHT after I reboot it.)
3. The screen won't turn on when one hits the button to active it. (yes, even when fully charged)
4. At one point last week, it stopped even telling the time correctly! (I haven't looked up whether other people have had this issue.)
Personally, I have tried what appears to be every troubleshooting method I have found on here; primarily these seem to be rebooting it or turning it off completely then turning it back on, but alas: I think there is a fault in the design if SOOOOO many of us are experiencing these issues.
Did I pay the $49.99 for the 2-year warranty? Nope. This was a Christmas gift from my spouse. I think it is reasonable to assume that a $200 (ish) fitness-tracking device should at least work for a year; mine seems to have died after 3 1/2 months or so.
So, Fitbit: What are you going to do to help those of us who basically have a Versa 2 that doesn't work after so little time?

I have some of the same issues, which started a few weeks ago. I’ve only had my Versa 2 for a couple months. I tried all the troubleshooting suggestions and now mine says “reset failed, data not cleared”. Then there is the okay tab to press, but it won’t let me press it. It will vibrate to alert me of calls or messages, but I can’t see them because I can’t press okay!!! I consider myself a very patient person, I teach preschoolers, but I have lost my patience with this!!
